At Sahar Packaging, we value your satisfaction and strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.

Returns

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as when you received it.

    • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

    • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Note: Items returned after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

In some situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Items with visible signs of use

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery date

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment within 5โ€“10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received your refund yet:

  1. Recheck your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card companyโ€”it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bankโ€”processing times can vary.

Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.

  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

  • If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at [your support email here] for further instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
